Order Parts

Once you have created an Estimate and selected the parts required, you must order the parts to complete the job.  If you have some of the parts in stock, you will be able to remove these from your order prior to submitting to your supplier.

You can continue to add parts to the estimate and place multiple orders until the Estimate becomes and Invoice.

Order From an Authorized Estimate
  1. Recall customer estimate

  2. Select Order Now in the Parts and Labor section.

  3. Select parts required based on in-shop inventory.

  4. Submit.  Your order will be confirmed on screen.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an on-screen confirmation.

 

Ordering Multiple Parts

To order multiple items and parts for your customers, you can use the Quick Order feature.  This supports look-up of parts by vehicle type or the manual entry of specific parts.
